Not that I use any bots nor am I condoning using artifical means to play the game, but a very simple auto clicking program that just double or single clicks an area of the screen would work quite well, no need for a 'bot' per se.
Like say for example, a program called ClickWhen. I'm given to understand it will click anywhere you select after a given time interval. Like for example drinking alcohol in game every minute or clicking Frenzy every 4 seconds whilst deathleveling. |

LOL That is the first thing that came to my mind.... other then that I dunno a way to continuously press a button without being at the keyboard....
Well actually my cats do it all the time when I go afk :P ETA: Pretty much I guess it boils down to what are you willing to risk with regard to the botting. You know the rules and Anet may or may not act on those rules if you do use a click program. Potentially are you willing to accept that your account could get banned? This is the heart of the question, and the only part that needs to be considered.
Short answer : Yes it would breach the code of conduct and you "should" recieve a ban for it. Are you telling me that if you go afk, you will not die without autospamming frenzy? give me a break, i cannot believe anyone would think it is ok to use any kind of bot or anything even remotely botlike in this game... BAN EM ALL |

I'd trust people charging for them even less than those who are providing them for free. If you must use automation software, find it through google. What the drinking bird would be doing is _identical_ to what a bot is doing, just a level higher. To the game and guildwar's/anet's perspective, it's almost certainly indistinguishable. The only difference is bots will look less repetitive. |

Botting in any shape or form is against the rules. By using Frezy via 'bot' your automating the Death leveling and making it faster then normal AFK or human input, so it would be an indirect form of cheating.
Don't do it.

I am not going to say I am 100% certain here but
I recon no one gets banned for just playing the game as it was intended. So that pretty much says thet thoise who were banned ended up that way by there own actions. I'm not gloating over the fact or enjoying their problems but it was pretty much down to them. That goes for the strange character names designed as some kind of in joke. The use of key macros to get an edge over the game or other players. Using exploits in the game is a grey area for me if you find one good for you but if you make a career out of that exploit you will probably be called to task eventually. Spamming scamming swearing being in general an ass all adds up to the fact you had fun at someone else's expense either directly or indirectly. For any abuse of the game system usually ends up with a rules change that affects all of us for which you were the root cause. So while I do not gloat over your misfortunes it was deserved and I hope you learn something from it and don't inflict your complaints on the forum over rules bad good or retarded. |
